Present organization:
Split is
one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic coast with a rich
history and cultural heritage.
Elementary
school Marjan is situated in the western part of the city of Split.
There are 490 students aged 6 to 14 in 22 classes and 48 teachers.
The school also has 3 classes in Clinical Hospital Split. As Croatia
joined the EU in 2013, there are students from other European
countries (Germany, Poland, Russia ) at the school and also some
students are from mixed families.
The school
has joined the project "Stop Violence among Children". It has four
associates in education- psychologist, speech therapist, special
pedagogue and librarian. The school promotes the values of
democratic society and European integration.
